Great to spend 7 hrs with Ian shooting his new DVD on Sunday.
Ian was assisted by Pete Drinkell (Photography) Ian (another Ian) and his wife Laura (Filming and makeup!!!). The four Boxers were myself, Wayne, Corey and Steph.
The Filming covered, Basic Stance, Footwork, Pad and Bag Drills, Partner Drills and Head Movement.
A long day but fun to workout with the other guys and of course assist Ian, in what will, im sure become an essential purchase, to anyone starting out in the "Sweet Science"!
