How to Wrap your Hands for Boxing

I'm often asked how to wrap your hands for the Boxing Class. I prefer tape myself, but this can be expensive when training daily. Hand wraps are excellent, offering wrist and knuckle support.
Check out the video and practise until you have the "tightness" and feel that suits you.

BJJ Seminar Review

Wonderful Evening once again at The Academy. Many thanks to Marc and all those that attended.
