Christmas Lunch

It has been an incredible year, our Family continues to grow with Classes in East London (Ilford's Fitness First) and Wales (West Coast BJJ). We have hosted Seminars with Royce Gracie, Braulio Estima and of course Professor Marc!
We continue to Medal at all the Comps we enter (inc British Champion in Full Contact Stick Fighting), whilst keeping the essence of Gracie Jiu Jitsu and retaining our focus on Self Defence.
