I started training in Combat Submission Wrestling back in the 1990's with Erik Paulson, becoming a Coach in 2002.
He is without doubt one of the best Grappling/MMA Coaches in the World, teaching amongst others: Josh Barnett, Brock Lesner, Sean Sherk & ken Shamrock.
We are honoured to have Erik teach a 3-hour Seminar at our Academy in July!

This is a NoGi Grappling Seminar.

Erik will be covering material from a variety of Grappling styles including; BJJ, Catch Wrestling, Greco Roman, Free Style, Judo and Dumog.
